Our Firm

Practice Profile:

Dan Tavares Arriola grew up in nearby Tracy, California and is very familiar with the issues facing our local community.  Like many individuals in this region, Mr. Arriola grew up in a poverty-stricken household and it is this experience that has fueled his ambition to assist the underserved citizens of San Joaquin and Stanislaus Counties.  Although faced with significant challenges in his own life, Mr. Arriola was able to overcome these obstacles and succeed in his academic and professional endeavors.  Most notably, Mr. Arriola graduated as the Political Science Valedictorian of UCLA and the Student Body President of USC Law.

After graduation from the USC Gould School of Law, Mr. Arriola returned to the Central Valley and completed a Post-Bar Clerkship at the San Joaquin County District Attorney’s Office where he prosecuted misdemeanor crimes.  During this time, Mr. Arriola also opened his first business, S.T.R.I.V.E.—Scholars Together to Reform Inequality in Valley Education, an educational non-profit committed to providing educational services for students in the Central Valley through community engagement, academic support, and local mentorships.  After receiving notice that he had passed the California Bar Exam, Mr. Arriola accepted an Associate Attorney position with the Law Offices of Gus Barrera in Stockton.  Mr. Arriola is now excited to launch his own practice and fulfill his lifelong ambition of serving the needs of individuals in the California Central Valley.
